To access OneNote or OneNote Class Notebooks, go to Collaboration Space – A notebook for all students and the teacher in the class to share, organize, and collaborate.Teachers can add and edit its materials, but for students, the notebook is read-only. Content Library – A notebook for teachers to share course materials with students.Students only access their own sections and aren’t able to see other students’ notebooks. It is shared directly between the teacher and each student. Student Notebooks – Each student receives their own section in the notebook.Each class notebook contains workspaces (sections) for each student, a content library for information distribution, and collaborative spaces for lessons and creative activities. OneNote Class Notebook – Class notebooks are designed to be used by a whole class. Individuals are assigned roles of Teacher and Student when setting up the Class Notebook. OneNote offers a special shared notebook for classroom usage. Personal notebooks can be shared with other OneNote users over the Internet or a network. Adding the OneNote clipping tool to your browser allows users to add information from the web directly into a OneNote notebook. Notebooks are organized into sections and pages. Users gather notes (handwritten or typed), drawings, screen clippings, audio commentaries, bookmarks, any anything else into notebooks. OneNote is part of our Microsoft Office 365.
